PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus capable of continuing proper imaging regardless of a fluctuation of a respiration state of a subject.SOLUTION: A main control part 10g detects a respiration level of a subject 200. The main control part 10g controls each related part to image the subject 200 based on an imaging magnetic resonance signal collected in a state that the detected respiration level is within an allowable range.
