The present invention relates to an image acquisition system in which a surgical microscope and an optical coherence tomography device are combined to acquire a surface image and a tissue tomography image of a lesion site at a time, and an image acquisition method using the same. One embodiment of the present invention provides an image acquisition system which comprises: a light source for irradiating light to a photographing object； a microscope acquiring a surface image of the photographing object； an optical coherence tomography device for acquiring a tomography image of the photographing object； a coupling means formed on one surface of the microscope to couple the microscope and the optical coherence tomography device； and a mirror connected to the coupling means and having an adjustable angle.본 발명은 병변 부위의 표면 이미지와 조직 단층 이미지를 한번에 획득할 수 있도록 수술용 현미경과 광간섭성 단층 촬영 장치가 결합된 형태의 영상 획득 시스템 및 이를 이용한 영상 획득 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예는, 촬영 대상체에 빛을 조사하는 광원, 상기 촬영 대상체의 표면 이미지를 획득하는 현미경, 상기 촬영 대상체의 단층 이미지를 획득하는 광간섭성 단층 촬영 장치, 상기 현미경의 일면에 형성되어 상기 현미경 및 상기 광간섭성 단층 촬영 장치를 결합시키는 결합 수단 및 상기 결합 수단에 연결되고 각도 조절이 가능한 거울을 포함하는 영상 획득 시스템을 제공한다.
