PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a task carried out while an endoscope and a treatment tool is inserted in a single hole easier.SOLUTION: A tubular part for accommodating an operation member for remotely operating a movable imaging unit, and a guide hole for guiding a treatment tool, are integrally provided in an insertion member having the movable imaging unit at a distal end thereof.
