PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient and optimal method for manufacturing a shark liver oil-containing product which is known to have large effects on antioxidant action, immune system enhancement, fat metabolism improvement, exogenous endocrine disruptor excretion, and blood stagnation treatment, while saving labor as much as possible.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a deep-sea shark liver oil includes controlling each instrument and each means in the production line by a central FA control system, so that a shark liver oil-containing product with a nutrition value increased to a high level is acquired.
