The instant disclosure illustrates a method for manufacturing a hemostatic pharmaceutical composition including: dissolving human albumin molecular in a buffer solution for obtaining an albumin solution adding a surfactant, a crosslinking agent and a solvent to the albumin solution in a specific order for obtaining an albumin sphere suspension and adding fibrinogens to the albumin sphere suspension, wherein the fibrinogens are covalently bonded on the surface of the albumin spheres for forming double-layered protein spherical particles.
