PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for stably manufacturing an absorber having a center-high part of desired height.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device 1 for an absorber 3 of the present invention includes a rotational drum 2 having a concave portion 23 for a center-high part, and a duct 4 for providing a compact material in a scattering manner. The duct 4 includes a pair of partition plates 41, 41 that extend along side part provided in a circumferential direction, and a scuffing roll 42 for scuffing an excess amount of the fiber-stacked compact material. The pair of partition plates 41, 41 are placed with an interval therebetween in such a manner that the compact material provided in a scattering manner so as to overflow from a region in a concave portion 22 for accumulation, the region corresponding to a region between the partition plates 41, 41. The scuffing roll 42 scuffs an excess amount of the fiber-stacked compact material, and is located at a downstream of the rotational drum 2 with a distance from the partition plate 41 so that the scuffed compact material is re-fiber-stacked on both sides of the portion in the concave portion 22 for accumulation where the material has been excessively fiber-stacked.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】所望の高さの中高部を備える吸収体を安定的に製造することができる吸収体の製造装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の吸収体3の製造装置1は、中高用凹部23を有する回転ドラム2と、成形体材料を飛散状態にて供給するダクト4とを有する。ダクト4は、周方向に沿う両側部に沿って延在する一対の仕切り板41,41と、積繊させた過剰量の成形体材料を掻き取るスカッフィングロール42とを備える。一対の仕切り板41,41は、飛散状態の成形体材料を集積用凹部22における仕切り板41,41どうしの間に対応する領域にあふれるように過剰に積繊させるように互いの間隔を空ける。スカッフィングロール42は、積繊させた過剰量の該成形体材料を掻き取り、掻き取った成形体材料を集積用凹部22における過剰に積繊させた部分の両側部に再積繊するように、仕切り板41から回転ドラム2の下流側に離間して配置する。【選択図】図1
