PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for chemical impregnation which is excellent in liquid-retaining performance for chemical and flexibility when wet, high in adhesiveness to the skin and transparent feeling when worn, and excellent in handleability when wet even in the case where it has a low basis weight, and to provide a product including the same.SOLUTION: The sheet for chemical impregnation includes a nonwoven fabric comprising 70wt% or more of regenerated cellulose-based staple fibers with a single fiber fineness of 2.0 dtex or less, in which the elongation rate in weft direction in a water-containing state is in a range of 5% or more and 25% or less under stress of 100 g/cm, and the transparency ΔL in a wet state is 30 or less.
