There is provided a method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition comprising compressible coated, taste-masked and/or controlled-release coated drug-containing particles, rapidly-dispersing microgranules comprising a disintegrant and a sugar alcohol, a saccharide, or a mixture thereof, and other optional, pharmaceutically acceptable excipients wherein the orally disintegrating tablet (ODT) or rapidly dispersing tablet (RDT) composition having acceptable tableting, organoleptic, and pharmacokinetic properties.La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation dune composition pharmaceutique comprenant des particules enrobées contenant un médicament qui sont compressibles et à goût masqué et/ou à libération contrôlée, des microgranules se dispersant rapidement renfermant un agent de délitement et un alcool de sucre, un saccharide, ou un mélange de ces derniers et dautres excipients éventuels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, la composition de comprimé à délitement oral (ODT) ou de comprimé à dispersion rapide (RDT) présentant des propriétés acceptables de formation de comprimés, organoleptiques et pharmacocinétiques.
