Trepan obsahuje chirurgický řezný nástroj (1) k vyřezání a označení membrány dárcovské tkáně (8) rohovky pro jednoznačné polohování rubu a líce při následném procesu transplantace, zejména při procesu tzv. lamelární transplantace endotelu. Pracovní část tohoto řezného nástroje (1) je tvořena tubulárním tělesem (1a) s řezným okrajem (2) na konci. Tento řezný okraj (2) tubulárního tělesa (1a) řezného nástroje (1) je opatřen asymetricky tvarovanými a/nebo asymetricky uspořádanými zářezy (2a) k označení membrány dárcovské tkáně (8) pro její správné polohování při následné transplantaci, kdy je horní a spodní strana vyříznutého transplantátu jednoznačně rozlišená podle reliéfu okraje na jeho obvodu.In the present invention, there is disclosed a trepan comprising a surgical cutting tool (1) for cutting and marking a membrane of a donor cornea tissue (8) for unambiguous positioning of a back and front during the following transplantation process, particularly during the process of so called endothelium lamellar transplantation. Working part of the surgical cutting tool (1) consists of a tubular body (1a) with a cutting edge (2) at its end. The cutting edge (2) of the cutting tool (1) tubular body (1a) is provided with asymmetrically formed and/or asymmetrically arranged cutouts (2a) for marking the membrane of the donor tissue (8) for its correct positioning during the following transplantation, where the upper and bottom sides of the cut out transplant are unambiguously differentiated in the edge relief on the circumference thereof.
