This invention mainly discloses a honey capacity management method which is used to solve a problem for managing the honey capacity. The method comprises steps of collecting regular climate information of different beekeeping place, receiving a blossom status image of each beekeeping place through different image acquiring device, calculating a blooming ratio based on pixels with colors of a flower included in each blossom status image and a contrast blossom, calculating a honey estimation of each beekeeping place based on the blooming ratio to sort them, selecting a beekeeping place with the highest order for different duration and fine weather as an elected place for a user to put bees in beehives over there, and collecting a weight of different beehives at the elected place through different weight measurement device, outputting the weight of a characteristic of the beehive with a suitable scope by a computer system.
