The present invention relates to a portable combination treating device capable of respectively or simultaneously providing a medical cold stimulus, a warm stimulus, and an electric stimulus with a thermoelectric element； and managing obtained treatment history information. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the portable combination treating device comprises: a medical electrode； the thermoelectric element； a temperature sensor； a storing unit； a controlling unit； and a wireless communication module. The medical electrode receives power and generates the electric stimulus. The thermoelectric element is formed on a back surface of the medical electrode； and supplies cold heat or warm heat to the medical electrode depending on the direction of the supplied power. The temperature sensor senses the temperature of the medical electrode； and generates an electric signal corresponding to the temperature. The storing unit stores a stimulus operation pattern corresponding to treatment information, and a power control pattern corresponding to the stimulus operation pattern； and stores treatment history information inputted by a user. The controlling unit controls power supplied to the medical electrode depending on the power control pattern, and power supplied to the thermoelectric element depending on the sensed temperature.
