PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a meat processed food which is gathered minced meat, has good flavor and coarsely minced meat feeling can be felt enough though a part of the mince meat is replaced with meat paste.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a meat processed food, a mixture of meat paste and vegetable protein are made by blending the meat paste, the granular vegetable protein and pickle liquid under reduced pressure.
