PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-column conveyor capable of being easily and inexpensively manufactured and capable of stabilizing compartments at high speed.SOLUTION: The medicament hand-distribution apparatus 50 comprises: a preliminary distribution cassette 20 having a number of squares 22 in multiple rows and columns the multi-column conveyor 80 which receives medicaments collectively in compartments 93 in multiple rows and columns from the preliminary distribution cassette 20 and a single-column conveyor 40 which receives the medicaments in a column at a time from the multi-column conveyor 80. The multi-column conveyor 80 has a number of compartment column members 90 in a pair of endless belts 81 which are disposed parallel to be driven together.
