PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably and safely insert a suppository into an anus by inserting into the anus a suppository insertion aid, which comprises an outer tube with the suppository previously mounted thereto and an inner tube inserted to a set line into the outer tube, and thereafter pressing the inner tube.SOLUTION: The suppository insertion aid comprises an outer tube 1 and an inner tube 5. The tip of the outer tube 1 is dome-shaped with plural tongue-like notches 2, and the outer tube 1 comprises: a stopper 3 slidable so as to be abutted on an anus 10 and plural index lines 4 for indicating the position of the stopper 3. The inner tube 5 comprises: at the tip side, a surface 6 for press contact with the suppository 9 at a suitable position, a set line 8 for measuring the insertion position of the inner tube 5 after loading the suppository 9 into the outer tube and at the rear end, a circular finger press surface 7 for smoothly inserting the suppository 9 into the anus 10.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】あらかじめ坐薬を装着した外筒に、内筒をセット線まで挿入した坐薬挿入補助具を肛門に挿入し、内筒を押圧することで坐薬を肛門内部に容易に確実にさらに安全に挿入できることを目的とする。【解決手段】坐薬挿入補助具は外筒1と内筒5から成り、外筒1の先端部は複数の舌片状の切込み2によりドーム型に形成され、かつその外筒1に肛門10と当接するよう摺動可能なストッパー3とそのストッパー3の位置を示す複数の目安線4を有し、内筒5はその先端側に坐薬9との押接面6を、また適宜位置に坐薬9を外筒内に装填した後内筒5の挿入位置を測るセット線8を設け、後端部には肛門10への坐薬9の挿入を円滑にするための円形の指圧面7を有する。【選択図】図1
