A manufacturing method of plant culture medium includes following steps: (a) isolating a first isolate from a first substance wherein the first isolate contains macro elements (b) isolating a second isolate from a second substance wherein the second isolate contains trace elements (c) mixing the first and second isolates according to a weight ratio into a homogeneous mixture (d) exposing the mixture to heat so as to dissolve the first and second isolates and obtain a solute (e) placing the solute into a mold (f) cooling the solute in the mold into a plant culture medium.
