PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe in which there exists a switch at a position easily operated by a right hand and by a left hand and the switch is prevented from being pushed without intending.SOLUTION: A probe cover 1 which is freely detachably fitted on an ultrasonic probe 101 on the surface of which a plurality of switches 111 are provided to sheath the switches 111, is characterized by having a pushing down part 5 which an operator can push down each of the switches 111 under a condition that it is fitted on the ultrasonic probe 101. The probe cover 1 includes a first member 2 provided with the pushing down part 5 and a second member 3. The first member 2 is fitted on the ultrasonic probe 110 so that the pushing down part 5 is positioned above each of the switches 111 to be used.
