FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of sterilisation. Method of vessel sterilisation includes introduction of hot sterilising medium H2O2 into corresponding vessel at introduction phase and activation of sterilising medium at activation phase by introduction of sterile gaseous and/or vapourous hot activating medium. Activation phase has, at least, two stages and, at least, at the last in time stage of activation temperature of volume flow of activating medium, connected to vessel, is regulated depending on vessel temperature. During introduction phase sterilising medium is supplied to vessel with constant temperature and after constant time interval with volume flow, which, taking into account vessel temperature is step-by-step regulated in such a way that vessel temperature remains lower than temperature of sterilising medium. Device for claimed method realisation contains, at least, one activator head for introduction of activating medium into sterilised vessels, at least, one device for contactless temperature measurement and connected to it computerised device of control or regulation, as well as tube for activating medium supply and rotor with cooling cuff, which, at least, partially embraces vessel intended for processing, cooling cuff adjoins to vessel surface on certain sections in such a way that between vessel and cuff in the process of work circular clearance or canals are formed.EFFECT: group of inventions ensures reduction of process duration with preservation of high degree of disinfection, as well as prevents thermal overloading of vessels.19 cl, 2 dwgГруппа изобретений относится к области стерилизации.
