The present invention relates to a blood vessel flow protection rod. A flow in a blood vessel is activated by preventing power of pressure applied to the blood vessel. Accordingly, insensibility and pain caused by inactive flow of a blood vessel may be alleviated. A material which endures against pressure applied to a blood vessel, or elasticity applied with the pressure is weakened, so a flow of a blood vessel is not interrupted or a flow is activated.
