The invention relates to a process for preparing an immunological food product used as adjuvant in the treatment of gastrointestinal tract bacterial infections. According to the invention, the process consists in mixing pasteurized milk, at a temperature of 50...70°C, for 4...45 min, with the integral content of eggs coming from hens immunized with antigens prepared of pathogenic bacterial strains isolated from patients with the clinical expression of disease, or, possibly, only with the yolks of these eggs or with immunoglobulin and ovotransferrin protein extracts.Invenţia se referă la un procedeu pentru obţinerea unui produs alimentar imunologic, utilizat ca adjuvant în tratamentul infecţiilor bacteriene din tubul digestiv. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în amestecarea laptelui pasteurizat la o temperatură de 50...70°C, timp de 4...45 min, cu conţinut integral de ouă provenite de la găini imunizate cu antigene preparate din tulpini bacteriene patogene, izolate de la pacienţii cu exprimarea clinică a bolii, eventual numai cu gălbenuşurile din astfel de ouă sau cu extracte proteice imunoglobulina şi ovotransferina.
