PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric working machine which allows easy attachment/detachment of a battery.SOLUTION: An electric working machine 1 includes a main body 2 having a battery storage recess part 40 at the upper side opened upward and a battery 20 stored in the battery storage recess part. A protrusion part 108 protruding frontward is provided on the upper part of the front end of the battery. A grip part is provided on the rear end of the battery.
