The present invention discloses an image processing system and method of an animal model, which comprises an animal model, a radioactive simulating device, a position device, a processing device and a displaying device. By the novelty design of the present invention, a three dimensional digital model of the animal model is utilized to simulate a two dimensional simulating image so as to improve the identification thereof by separating, intensifying and re-combining the images respectively. Moreover, the present invention further comprises a radioactive simulating device to simulate the traditional C-arm devices able to capture radioactive images, which is capable of adjusting the simulating image in accordance with the status of the radioactive simulating device. In summary, the present invention has the advantages of low cost, easier operation and flexibility.
