The advantages are: in a pull-open process when using a pouch component, two ends are allowed to slide within the connecting plug and an operating handle-shaped cavity, thereby fully utilizing the spaces of the connecting plug and of the core cavity of the operating handle, thus allowing the length of the pouch component to be significantly shortened, and, during assembly, this allows for compression and folding to a relatively short length, while the two ends also can be abutted against the connecting plug and the bottom surface of an inner cavity of the operating handle, thus the entire indwelling needle can be relatively short in length when assembled, thereby facilitating a piercing operation.
