The present invention relates to a drill for implant surgery including a drill body part and a drill connecting part. The drill body part includes a first blade portion provided with a plurality of blade regions for groove perforation in an alveolar bone. An inner groove is formed in the drill body part and a plurality of through-holes is formed in an outer peripheral surface of the drill body part. The drill connecting part is separably coupled with the drill body part in the direction opposite to the first blade portion. The inner groove communicates with the outside in the direction in which the blade portion is positioned. The through-hole passes in a twisted shape toward the blade portion and communicates with the inner groove.
