The invention relates to a system for supporting and maintaining partially mobilizable dental prostheses. According to the invention, the system comprises a fastening part (1), in the shape of a flattened cylinder, to be inserted into a recess provided within the metallic component fixed on a pillar tooth, a rectangular prism-shaped junction part (2), joining an active part (3) and the fastening part (1) and a rectangular prism-shaped active part (3) provided at its apex with a hemisphere-shaped orifice (4) achieving the friction with the recess provided within the mobilizable tooth.Invenţia se referă la un sistem de sprijin şi de menţinere a protezelor dentare parţial mobilizabile. Sistemul conform invenţiei se compune dintr-o parte (1) de fixare având forma unui cilindru turtit, care se inserează într-un locaş prevăzut în componenta metalică, fixată pe un dinte stâlp, o parte (2) de joncţiune având forma unei prisme dreptunghiulare, ce realizează joncţiunea între o parte (3) activă şi partea (1) de fixare, şi o parte (3) activă, având forma unei prisme rectangulare, prevăzută la vârf cu un orificiu (4) de formă semisferică, ce realizează fricţiunea cu locaşul prevăzut în dintele mobilizabil.
