The present invention relates to a mobile X-ray photographing apparatus having an automatic tilting function. The mobile X-ray photographing apparatus having an automatic tilting function senses a position and an inclination angle of a digital radiography (DR) image plate by at least one angle sensor mounted on the DR image plate. An X-ray generation unit is automatically linked to be aligned by an X-ray tube to allow an X-ray to perpendicularly enter at an incident angle perpendicular to the inclination angle of the DR image plate acquired by sensing. Accordingly, the DR image plate is horizontally or vertically arranged. Even if the DR image plate is obliquely arranged at an angle, an X-ray precisely perpendicularly enters the DR image plate to obtain a clear and accurate X-ray image and thus to facilitate reading.본 발명은 자동 틸팅 기능을 갖는 이동형 엑스레이 촬영기에 관한 것으로서, DR(Digital Radiography) 이미지 플레이트에 장착된 적어도 하나 이상의 각도센서에 의해 상기 DR 이미지 플레이트의 위치 및 경사각을 센싱하고, 상기 센싱에 의해 획득된 DR 이미지 플레이트의 경사각과 수직인 입사각으로 X선이 수직 입사하도록 X선 튜브에 의해 X선 발생부가 자동으로 연동하여 정렬되도록 한 것이며, 이로 인해 DR 이미지 플레이트가 수평이나 수직으로 배치됨은 물론 비스듬히 경사각을 이루면서 배치되더라도, 상기 DR 이미지 플레이트에 정확하게 수직으로 X선이 입사됨으로써 더욱 선명하고 정확한 X선 영상을 얻을 수 있어 판독이 그만큼 수월해지는 효과가 있다.
