PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble preparation of resveratrol (3,4',5-trihydroxy-trans-stilbene), and a manufacturing method of the preparation.SOLUTION: A water-soluble preparation contains the following components (A), (B), (C), (D) and (E). (A) resveratrols, (B) glycerin, (C) ethanol, (D) gum arabic, and (E) water. Resveratrols are resveratrols derived from grape, and contains trans-resveratrol and &egr；-viniferin. The amounts of blending with respect to the entire water-soluble preparation are: 0.1 to 1.0 mass% for trans-resveratrol； 9.75 to 78.00 mass% for glycerin； 9.75 to 48.75 mass% for ethanol； 0.50 to 3.00 mass% for gum arabic； and 9.75 to 78.00 mass% for water.
