A cleaner for pet excrements is revealed. It comprises a main body, a packing transmission belt, a first power source, a feces bag holder, an on/off transmission belt, a second power source and a power supply unit. The power supply unit is used to supply power to the first and second power source. A first guide rails is fitted correspondingly on the inner wall of the main body for secure insertion of both sides of the packing transmission belt being driven by the first power source. The packing transmission belt is provided with a hook at the terminal of its first end, and the feces bag holder fitted relatively to the first opening of the main body is connected to the terminal of the second end of the packing transmission belt. Plural feces bag are piled inside the holder. The second power source is fitted relatively to the second opening of the main body. As a result, after excrements are encapsulated in a feces bag, starting the first power source to drive the packing transmission belt by guiding of the rail, so that the hook of the belt may pierce through the feces bag for sealing and hooking its opening. As the bag falls to the second opening, the second power source drives the on/off transmission belt to let the second opening stay in a open state, so that the packed feces bag may fall into a trash can or the like.
