The Water Miser Watering Can is designed to be plugged into a garden hose through the finger controlled shut-off valve, enabling the user to conveniently and efficiently refill the Water Miser Watering Can from wherever the hose can reach and without having to turn on and off the water tap. The finger controlled shut-off valve has its own plug adaptor (3) which engages into a standard plug-in hose connector tails and fittings. The Water Miser Watering Can when unplugged from the garden hose will also function as a stand alone watering can by closing the finger controlled shut-off valve. While functioning as a stand alone watering can the Water Miser Watering Can is filled through the conventional refill opening (4).
