PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a catheter assembly provided with a hemostatic seal.SOLUTION: A catheter assembly includes: a catheter hub (12) that comprises an open base end (20), a tip (22), an internal cavity (24) defined between the base end and the tip, and a catheter tube (14) extended toward the tip from the tip (22)； and a rigid actuator (16) that is fixed to the tip (22) of the catheter hub (12) and that is extended toward the base end from the tip (22) to a free end (51) of the base end, within the internal cavity (24) of the catheter hub (12).
