PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shatter device in a boiled rice molding machine, capable of separating rice mass from strip-like boiled rice without cutting boiled rice grains.SOLUTION: This shatter device includes: setting forward-looking rotary shafts at a prescribed interval on both the right and left of a strip-like boiled rice passage projectedly setting on one rotary shaft, an incision piece toward the other rotary shaft direction forming a plurality of recessed grooves along the edge of the incision piece to form one rotary shatter forming a plurality of boiled rice scraping pawls toward the one rotary shaft, corresponding to the recessed grooves of the incision piece, to form the other rotary shatter on the other rotary shaft and rotating the one rotary shatter toward the other rotary shatter direction.
