The present invention provides a cosmetic composition having high stability and suppressed clouding. According to the present invention, a cosmetic composition containing an amino acid-based surfactant having two or more hydrophobic groups and a hydrophilic group in (A) polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol and (B) one molecule is prepared. Moreover, the method of providing a cloudiness inhibitory effect to the said cosmetic composition containing coexisting (A) component and (B) component with a cosmetic composition is provided.본 발명은 안정성이 높고 백탁이 억제된 화장료 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, (A) 폴리옥시에틸렌 폴리옥시프로필렌 글리콜, 및 (B) 1분자 중에 소수기와 친수기를 각각 2개 이상 갖는 아미노산계 계면 활성제를 함유하는 화장료 조성물을 조제한다. 또, (A) 성분 및 (B) 성분을 화장료 조성물에 공존시키는 것을 포함하는, 상기 화장료 조성물에 백탁 억제 작용을 부여하는 방법을 제공한다.
