PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing a fungal body of Ganoderma lucidum using soybean and sesame as raw materials, and to provide a product thereof. SOLUTION: A solid culture medium of the soybean and the sesame dipped in a culture auxiliary liquid for 10-12 h is introduced into a cultivation vessel, sterilized in an autoclave for 20 min, and cooled, Ganoderma lucidum is then inoculated into the culture medium in the vessel and cultured under the environment at 25-30°C for 30-40 days, aged, subsequently dried, and powdered.
