PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposure dose management device that estimates which position or region of a subject is irradiated with more X-ray dose in an examination or treatment.SOLUTION: An exposure dose management device (100) includes a freely rotatable first arm (533) having a first X-ray tube (531) for irradiating an X-ray a first dose calculation unit (58) for calculating a first total dose which is the sum of an X-ray dose for fluoroscopy radiated to a subject from the first X-ray tube for fluoroscopy, and an X-ray dose for imaging radiated to the subject from the first X-ray tube for imaging and a first angle measuring device (57) for measuring a first rotation angle of the first arm when the X-ray for imaging is radiated. The management device further includes a position and dose calculation unit (12) for calculating a first local position where the amount of X-rays radiated to the subject is the largest, and the X-ray dose at the first local position based on the first total dose and the first rotation angle, and a display unit (14) for displaying the first local position and the X-ray dose on a subject scheme.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
