PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus that eliminates the need for a complex system like a bifocal bulb, is less in loads on a visual processing system, and can form a stereoscopic image.SOLUTION: The X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes: an X-ray generation section which generates X-rays an X-ray detection section which detects X-rays, generated by the X-ray generation section and transmitted through a device under test that is placed on a top plate a support mechanism which supports the X-ray generation section and X-ray detection section movably a support mechanism driving section which moves the support mechanism a movement control section which controls the support mechanism driving section so as to move the X-ray detection section to a first photography position for the device under test, a second photography position different from the first photography position, and a radioscopy position different from the first and second photography positions an image generation section which generates first and second images corresponding respectively to radiography at the first and second photography position, generates a radioscopic image through radioscopy at the radioscopy position, and generates first and second superimposition images having the radioscopic image superposed respectively on the first and second images and a display section displays the first and second superimposition images.
