The present invention relates to a nanocomposite fiber cell support, which contains quantum dots in a biodegradable polymer to enhance the fiber strength and realize optical properties of the quantum dots, and a preparing method thereof. According to the present invention, the nanocomposite fiber cell support has the quantum dots chemically coupled to the biodegradable polymer to be contained in the biodegradable polymer, thereby enhancing the strength of composite fibers. The nanocomposite fiber cell support has the quantum dots with low toxicity on the inside to track the absorption and emission of the light generated in a living tissue with the quantum dots, thereby checking the state of the living tissue.본 발명은 생분해성 고분자 내부에 양자점을 함유시켜 섬유 강도를 증가시키고 양자점의 광학특성을 구현할 수 있는 나노복합섬유 세포 지지체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 나노복합섬유 세포 지지체는 양자점이 생분해성 고분자와 화학결합되어 고분자 내부에 함유됨에 따라 복합섬유의 강도를 높일 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 나노복합섬유 세포 지지체는 독성이 낮은 양자점을 지지체 내부에 함유함으로써 생체 조직에서 발생하는 빛의 흡수나 방출을 양자점으로 추적하여 생체 조직의 상태를 확인할 수 있다.
