Production of solid, orally administered pharmaceutical compositions (A) containing 5-chloro-N-(((5S)-2-oxo-3-(4-(3-oxo-4-morpholinyl)-phenyl)-1,3-oxazolidin-5-yl)-methyl)-2-thiophene-carboxamide (I) in hydrophilized form comprises: (a) preparing granules containing (I) in hydrophilized form by wet granulation； and (b) converting the granules, optionally with suitable additives, into (A). Independent claims are included for: (1) the compositions (A) obtained by the process； and (2) solid, orally administered pharmaceutical compositions (A') containing (I) in hydrophilized form in general.
