En premier lieu, le dispositif vestimentaire intelligent est apte à rappeler périodiquement à un utilisateur deffectuer un exercice de vertèbre cervicale afin de prévenir une rigidité de vertèbre cervicale provoquée par un travail de longue durée. En second lieu, le dispositif vestimentaire intelligent est apte à rappeler à lutilisateur les normes de lexercice de vertèbre cervicale, et quand lutilisateur effectue lexercice brutalement ou à une vitesse excessive, le module dalarme du dispositif vestimentaire lui rappellera de prévenir leffet négatif provoqué par un exercice intense.
