PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cultivate a plant by supplementarily using, as a fertilizer, an organic fertilizer, which consists mainly of an amino acid of Miso brewed using soybeans, Koji (malted rice), and salt, and is subjected to aerobic fermentation, and mineral, and fixing atmospheric nitrogen.SOLUTION: An artificial chemical substance is not used, and tillage is performed lightly. The amino acid of Miso, and the organic fertilizer, which is subjected to aerobic fermentation, and mineral are supplementarily used. Atmospheric nitrogen is fixed to an absolute anaerobes which settle down in a deep layer of soil.
