PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy both easiness in the putting in/taking out of penis and urine leakage prevention from a fly.SOLUTION: For an absorbent product for men, right and left stereoscopic gathers 30 and 40 are arranged in such a manner that their adjacent sections may be overlapped on the inside of a penis passing section 27 of an exterior sheet 20. An openable/closable fly is constituted of the penis passing section 27 and the right and left stereoscopic gathers 30 and 40. The overlapping of the right and left stereoscopic gathers 30 and 40 is maintained by the shrinkage of each thin and long elastic stretchable member EX of the right and left stereoscopic gathers 30 and 40, and the fly is placed under a closed state when the absorbent product for men is worn. When the penis PE is taken out during urination, fingers are inserted from the penis passing section 27, and the right and left stereoscopic gathers 30 and 40 which have been shrunk by the thin and long elastic stretchable member EX are stretched to the right and the left, and thus the fly can be opened.
