The present specification relates to a method for manufacturing natural oil with enhanced oxidation stability, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing natural oil with enhanced oxidation stability by bringing natural oil in contact with an adsorbent and then an antioxidant, and a cosmetic composition containing the oil manufactured thereby. In the present specification, discoloring conditions are enhanced by using the adsorbent and oxidation stability is additionally increased by adding the antioxidant so that natural oil which can be used for cosmetics can be manufactured.
