The road guide apparatus for a visually impaired person comprises a road sensing apparatus including a handle, wheels attached to a main body of the apparatus, a handle rod fixed at the main body via hinge, and a control unit installed within the main body and connected to a yellow color sensing unit and a tag sensing unit.
