PURPOSE: A guide system for blind people is provided to offer surrounding information so that a blind person safely accurately moves to destination by being designed to link a smart phone having a gyro sensor and a global positioning system with an electronic stick carried by the blind person.CONSTITUTION: An electronic stick comprises a unit capable of wirelessly communicating with a smart phone in which a blind person possesses. The electronic stick senses an obstacle located in the surrounding or a stopped or moving object and transmits it as a voice or vibrations while the blind person moves to destination.
