The invention provides a hemostix, which can apply the general opening apparatus for sheet type hemostixes, and can prevent the pollution caused by blood when opening by hand. A blood collection tube (10) comprises a main tube body (11) with an open end (20), a piece (12) for closing the open end (20), a rubber sheet (13) laminated on the piece (12) and a cover (14) wherein, the rubber sheet (13) and part of the piece (12) is exposed from the opening (24) of a top board (22) the top board is jointed with the piece (12) the cover (14) is embedded outside the open end (20) of the main tube body (11) and the sealing intensity between the open end (20) and the piece (12) of the main tube body (11) is lower than that of between the piece (12) and the top board (22) of the cover (14).
