The present invention relates to a composition for differentiation of muscles comprising three extracts as an active ingredient, the active ingredient of the present invention not only enhances the cell viability of myoblasts, but also regulates the expression level of myocyte differentiation-related proteins. Therefore, the extract of the three kinds of the present invention can be useful in health functional foods for muscle differentiation accelerators, medicines for muscle diseases, or for promoting muscle growth or preventing or improving senile muscle loss.본 발명은 삼채 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 근 분화용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 유효성분인 삼채 추출물은 근아세포의 세포 생존률을 증진시킬 뿐만 아니라, 근세포 분화 관련 단백질의 발현량을 조절하는 효과가 있으며, 근아세포가 근관세포로 분화하는 것을 유도 및 촉진할 수 있는 것이다.따라서 본 발명의 삼채 추출물은 근 분화 촉진제, 근육질환에 대한 의약품 또는 근육증가 촉진 또는 노인성 근 손실의 예방 또는 개선용 건강기능성식품에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
