PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a conventional cooling method with an air permeable pad (humidifying air conditioner) simply sets the air permeable pad and pipe arrangement at a lateral open part of the building, takes in the humidified air into the building with a suction means when taking in the outside air to perform evaporative cooling of the air, and it has not been disclosed that the air permeable pad is easily assembled in a frame body, and simply assembled on site, and the structure regarding prevention of bugs flying into the air permeable pad has not been disclosed especially in an agricultural field.SOLUTION: The pad device for cooling includes: a water supply and drainage which includes a plurality of air permeable pads provided in a plurality of frames of a house end panel, a water-supply pipe provided on the upper end side, and a drainage means provided in the lower end side； and a fly wire. The water supply pipe and the drainage means are arranged on the same vertical line, and the fly wire is arranged by stretching on the same surface on the upper side of the plurality of air permeable pads to obtain an evaporative cooling effect for the house or livestock barn.
