PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid medicine supply device capable of storing chilly, in the device, a liquid medicine stored in a liquid medicine bottle.SOLUTION: This liquid medicine supply device 1 supplying the liquid medicine 5 to a medication bottle 2 from the liquid medicine bottle 23 storing the liquid medicine 5 includes: a housing 6 a casing 90 surrounding a partial space 91 inside the housing 6 and a cooling part 93 cooling the inside of the casing 90. The liquid medicine supply device 1 also includes a heat exhausting means comprising a fan 99 and a duct 95 exhausting heat generated by the cooling part 93 from the housing 6.
