PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid medicine supply device, even if handling suspension liquid medicine, supplying vials with liquid medicine in a suspended state, while suppressing complication of the configuration of the liquid medicine dispensing device.SOLUTION: The liquid medicine supply device includes: a supply pump for supplying the liquid medicine from a supply bottle to a vial via a supply tube and a control device for controlling the drive of the supply pump. The control device has a function for changing over between a liquid medicine supply state for supplying the liquid medicine from the supply bottle to the vial, and a liquid medicine stirring state for stirring the liquid medicine in the supply bottle.
