PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double eyelid forming tape capable of retaining a sufficient adhesive force for a long period, and retaining transparency (suppressing yellowish stain).SOLUTION: A double eyelid forming tape includes at least a base material, and an acrylic adhesive layer formed on the base material. The base material is polyethylene, and the acrylic adhesive layer is a copolymer of (meth)acrylic acid iso octyl and (meth)acrylic acid.
