PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical stimulator device and an electrode lead by which insertion of the electrode lead, fixation thereof in a prescribed position in a body, and extraction from the inside of the body can be easily carried out.SOLUTION: The indwelling electrical stimulator device includes a flexible electrode lead made of a long body, and a stimulator device that generates a stimulator signal that is supplied to the electrode lead. The electrode lead further includes: an intraluminal insertion part, having an indwelling stimulator electrode that stimulates neurons and/or muscle and a winding part, disposed nearer the base end than the intraluminal insertion part.
