PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oyster seedling collection method that can stably perform oyster seedling collection, and in addition to that, can reduce a labor required for artificial management, and further can suppress an amount of bait to be artificially given to oyster larvae to suppress cost.SOLUTION: An oyster seedling collection method is provided in which oyster larvae are bottomed in a seedling-collection device to collect seedlings. The oyster seedling collection method is configured to pass through an initial breeding step of putting the oyster larvae in the seawater being kept in an initial breeding shielded pool with a partition wall formed of an impermeable material and breeding the oyster larvae in the initial breeding shielded pool until the oyster larvae become a predetermined size; and a bottoming step of immersing a bottoming filter-type pool with a partition wall being formed by using a filter material having a mesh of the size where the oyster larvae passing through the initial breeding step cannot pass while passing phytoplankton in the sea, and putting the seedling-collection device and the oyster larvae passing through the initial breeding step in the seawater being kept in the bottoming filter-type pool to thereby bottom the oyster larvae in the seedling-collection device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】安定してカキの採苗を行うことができることに加えて、人為的な管理に要する手間を軽減でき、さらに、カキ幼生に人為的に与える餌の量を少なく抑えてコストを抑えることもできるカキの採苗方法を提供する。【解決手段】カキ幼生を採苗器に着底させて採苗を行うカキの採苗方法を、不透水性材で隔壁が形成された初期育成用遮蔽型プール内に溜められた海水にカキ幼生を入れ、そのカキ幼生が所定の大きさになるまで当該初期育成用遮蔽型プールでカキ幼生の育成を行う初期育成工程と、植物プランクトンを通過させながらも初期育成工程を経たカキ幼生が通過できない大きさの目を有するフィルター材で隔壁が形成された着底用フィルター型プールを海中に浸漬し、当該着底用フィルター型プールに溜められた海水に採苗器と初期育成工程を経たカキ幼生とを入れ、カキ幼生を採苗器に着底させる着底工程とを経るものとした。【選択図】図1
